Abstract

This article aims to determine the relationship
that exists between technological professionalization and
human development in service graduates
military volunteer at the Institute of Higher Education
Technological Public of the Armed Forces, Lima,
2019. In order to deepen the analysis and the
interpretation of the results, the approach was used
quantitative, correlational in scope, non-design
experimental and cross-sectional, since they were collected
data at a single point in time, by sampling
